BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "F" (Straffordville) by changing the zoning symbol on the lands from `Holding
Village Residential 1 (R1(h2))' Zone to `Village Residential 1 (R1) Zone, which lands are
outlined in heavy solid lines and marked "R1" on Schedule "F" (Straffordville) to this By-
law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2; THIS By-law shall come into force on the date of passing.
READ A FIRST TIME AND SECOND TIME THIS 4th DAY OF APRIL 2024.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 4th DAY OF APRIL 2024.
