BY-LAW NO. 2016-018
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
PRODUCT CARE ASSOCIATION (PCA)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham previously executed
Agreement No. 0502 with Product Care Association (PCA) dated June 30, 2015 and
approved by By-law No. 2015-051 concerning Phase 1 material which is paints and coatings,
and the containers in which they are contained;
AND WHEREAS the parties wish to make certain amendments to the Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute an Amending
Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this by-law between
Product Care Association (PCA) and the Municipality of Bayham;
2. AND THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 3rd DAY OF
MARCH 2016.
