BY-LAW NO. 2015-121
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND HILLSIDE KENNELS ANIMAL CONTROL LTD.
FOR THE PROVISION OF CANINE CONTROL/POUND KEEPER SERVICES
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of entering into a contract agreement with
Hillside Kennels Animal Control Ltd. for the continued provision of canine control and pound
keeper services for the residents of the Municipality of Bayham.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement
attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this By-law between the
Municipality of Bayham and Hillside Kennels Animal Control Ltd. for the provision of
canine control and pound keeper services.
2. THAT this By-law shall come into full force and effect upon the 4th day of January 2016.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME, AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 3rd DAY OF
December, 2015.
