BY-LAW NO. 2021-040
BEING A BY-LAW TO FURTHER AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2019-017
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT BOARD AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham on the 7' day of March, 2019 enacted By -Law
No. 2019-017, being a by-law to appoint Board and Committee Members;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law No. 2019-027, By-law No.
2019-040, By-law No. 2020-006 and By-law No. 2021-019 amend By -Law No. 2019-017;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to further amend By-
law No. 2019-017;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Schedule "A" to By-law No. 2019-017 to appoint Board and Committee Members for the
Municipality of Bayham be amended as follows:
THAT the following name be removed from Section 12-a Museums Bayham:
Bev Hickey
THAT in all other respects, By-law No. 2019-017 is hereby confirmed and remains unchanged;
AND THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 17th DAY OF JUNE
2021.
