BY-LAW NO. 2015- 093
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
CAN SWEEP
FOR THE PROVISION OF ROADSIDE GRASS CUTTING SERVICES
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into an agreement for provision of roadside grass cutting services.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the
Agreement between the Municipality of Bayham and Can Sweep for the
provision of roadside grass cutting services.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 20TH DAY
OF AUGUST 2015.
