BY-LAW NO. 2015-089
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF A COMMUNITY VIBRANCY AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
ERIE SHORES WIND FARM II LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into a Community Vibrancy Agreement.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the
Community Vibrancy Agreement, attached hereto as Schedule "A", the
Community Support Agreement, attached hereto as Schedule "B" and the
Municipal Support Resolution, attached hereto as Schedule"C" between the
Municipality of Bayham and Erie Shores Wind Farm II Limited Partnership.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 6T" DAY
OF AUGUST 2015.
