BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning
By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"D", by
deleting from the Hamlet Residential — holding (HR[h2]) Zone and adding to the Hamlet Residential
(HR) Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked HR on Schedule "A" to this By-law,
which is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THIS By-law shall come into force on the date of passing.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 20th AUGUST 2015.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 20th AUGUST 2015.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 20th AUGUST 2015.
