BY-LAW NO. 2015 - 091
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE SIGNING OF A
SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT BETWEEN
JAMES E. CRANE
AND
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
FOR DRAINAGE WORK
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement affixed hereto as Attachment "A', being a Subdivision Agreement with
James E. Crane, is hereby approved and the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same.
2. THAT the Subdivision Agreement be registered upon the title to the lots created through County
of Elgin Consent Applications E64-67114 being Parts 1-4 on Registered Plan 11 R-9885.
READ A FIRST and SECOND time this 20th day of August 2015.
READ A THIRD time and finally passed this 20' day of August 2015.
