BY-LAW NO 2020-067
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2014-017,
BEING TO ASSIGN NAMES TO HIGHWAYS, STREETS
AND ROADS INCLUDING PRIVATE ROADS IN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM FOR MUNICIPAL
EMERGENCY AND MAINTENANCE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS Sections 27 (1) and 48 of the Municipal Act 2001, S.O.2001, c.25 permits
Councils of local municipalities to pass by-laws in respect of a highway and a private road;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacted and
passed By-law 2014-017 on February 20, 2014;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law 2014-017 be amended by striking -out and removing Libbye Street on
Schedule 'E';
2. THAT in all other respects By-law No. 2014-017 is hereby confirmed and remains
unchanged.
3. THAT this By-law shall be in full force and effect upon the date of its enactment.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME this 16th day of July 2020.
