BY-LAW NO. 2015-079
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
MARION FAITH ROGERS
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of entering
into an Employment agreement with Marion Faith Rogers, for the position of Civil Marriage
Officiant in the Municipality of Bayham;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement
attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this by-law between Marion Faith
Rogers and the Municipality of Bayham.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
3. AND THAT the CAO/Deputy Clerk be appointed as a Marriage Officiant with the
Registrar and Ministry of Consumer and Business Services.
