BY-LAW NO. Z706-2020

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "A" Map No. 12 by changing the zoning symbol on the lands from Agriculture (Al)
Zone to site -specific Agricultural (Al -36) Zone, which lands are outlined in heavy solid lines
and marked Al-36 on Schedule "A" Map No. 12 to this By-law, which schedule is attached
to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 5.12 Exceptions — Agricultural (Al) Zone by adding the following clauses:
5.12.36.1 Defined Area
Al-36 as shown on Schedule "A" Map No. 12 to this By-law.
5.12.36.2 Permitted Uses
Kennel Use, in the form of a dog boarding and grooming kennel, in addition
to permitted uses in the Al Zone.
5.12.36.3 Additional Regulations for Kennel Use
Maximum building floor area for the dog boarding and grooming kennel in an
existing barn: 155 m2
Maximum fenced area for the dog boarding and grooming kennel: 410 m2
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval
of the Ontario Municipal Board.

READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 2ND DAY OF APRIL
