BY-LAW NO. 2019-088
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXTENSION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
POLLARD DISTRIBUTION INC.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham on the 7th day of
March, 2019 enacted By-Law No. 2019-019 to authorize the execution of an agreement
between the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham and Pollard Distribution Inc. for the
supply and application of liquid solutions for use in dust control and road stabilization in the
Municipality of Bayham;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
extending the agreement with Pollard Distribution Inc., for the supply and application of liquid
solutions for use in dust control and road stabilization in the Municipality of Bayham for a
further one year period;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to extend Agreement No.
0681 between Pollard Distribution Inc. and the Corporation of the Municipality of
Bayham until December 31, 2020 with the Unit Price as follows:
Dustmaster 20 $0.085/litre
2. AND THAT all other terms and conditions of Agreement No. 0681 remain unchanged;
3. AND THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 17th DAY OF
OCTOBER, 2019.
