BY-LAW NO. 2019-069
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A
SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT BETWEEN
NARIENDER SINGH GREWAL
AND THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM,
TO PROVIDE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF FOUR SEVERED LOTS ON
SANDYTOWN ROAD, VILLAGE OF STRAFFORDVILLE,
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the agreement affixed hereto as Schedule "A", being a subdivision
agreement with Nariender Singh Grewal (Owner), is hereby approved and the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same.
2. THAT the Subdivision Agreement be registered upon the title to all four(4)
lots subject to County of Elgin Consent Applications E63-66/18 described as
being Concession North Talbot Road Part Lot 123 being Parts 2-5 on
Registered Plan 11R-10449.
READ A FIRST and SECOND time this 15th day of August 2019.
READ A THIRD time and finally passed this 15th day of August 2019.
