BY-LAW NO. 2019-027
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2019-017
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT BOARD AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham on the 7th day of March, 2019 enacted By-Law
2019-017, being a by-law to appoint Board and Committee Members;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend By-law
2019-017;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Schedule "A"to By-law 2019-017 to appoint Board and Committee Members for the Municipality
of Bayham be amended as follows:
THAT the following names be added to Section 13. Property Standards Committee:
i. Cindy Stewart
ii. Serge Pieters
iii. Ken Wood
iv. Paul Wood
THAT in all other respects, By-law 2019-017 is hereby confirmed and remains unchanged;
AND THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 4th DAY OF APRIL
2019.
