HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law No. 2015-072 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW No. 2015-072 BEING A BY-LAW TO DESIGNATE THE ENTIRETY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM AS A COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AREA AND APPROVE A COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT PLAN AS PART OF THE ELGINCENTIVES COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT PLAN WHEREAS Sections 28 and 17 of the Planning Act, RSO 1990, Chapter P.13, as amended, provide for the designation of a Community Improvement Project Area and for the adoption of a Community Improvement Plan; AND WHEREAS a Community Improvement Plan attached hereto as Schedule 'A' has been prepared for the proposed Community Improvement Project Area; AND WHEREAS the Community Improvement Plan conforms to the Municipality of Bayham Official Plan; THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1) THAT the entirety of the Municipality of Bayham is hereby designated as a Community Improvement Project Area; and 2) AND THAT the Municipality of Bayham Elgincentives Community Improvement Plan, attached hereto as Schedule 'A' and forming part of this By-law, is hereby adopted; and 3) AND THAT this By-law shall come into force and take effect on the day of the final passing thereof; and 4) AND THAT By-law No. 801, By-law No. 2402, By-law No. 2576, By-law No. 2005-021 and all previous Community Improvement Plan By-laws be repealed.
