BY-LAW NO. 2015- 074
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
MORGAN REALTY INC.
FOR THE PROVISION OF REALTY SERVICES
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into an agreement for provision of realty services associated with the sale of
surplus properties within the geographical area of the Municipality of Bayham.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the
Agreement between the Municipality of Bayham and Morgan Realty Inc. for
the provision of realty services associated with the sale of surplus properties.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 18TH DAY
OF JUNE 2015.
