BY-LAW NO. 2129-85
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2040
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Bayham deems it necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2040;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Bayham enacts as follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 2040, as amended, is hereby further
amended by amending Section 4.27 General Provisions --
Parking Requirements by changing the minimum number of
parking spaces for churches from: "1 parking space for every
10 seats or 6 .0 metres of bench space of its maximum seating
capacity" , to: "1 parking space for every 3 seats" .
2 . THAT Schedule "A" to By-law No. 2040, as amended, is
hereby further amended by deleting from the Agricultural
(Al) Zone and adding to the Institutional (I ) Zone those
lands enclosed in heavy solid lines and designated I on
Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is attached
to and forms part of this By-law and which schedule shall be
deemed to be known as Schedule "A' , Map 54 to By-law No-
2040 .
3 . THIS By-law comes into force:
(a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the
Township' s Clerk within the time prescribed by the
Planning Act, 1983 and regulations pursuant thereto,
upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or
(b) where notice of objection has been filed with the
Township' s Clerk within the time prescribed by the
Planning Act, 1983 and regulations pursuant thereto,
upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ a FIRST time this 4th day of April, 1985.
READ a SECOND time this 4th day of April, 1985.
READ a THIRD time and FINALLY PASSED this 4th day of April,
1985.

MAY, 1985, A NOTICE OF APPEAL SETTING OUT THE OBJECTION TO THE BY-LAW
AND THE REASONS IN SUPPORT OF THE OBJECTION•
AN EXPLANATION OF THE PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF THE BY-LAW, DESCRIB-
ING THE LANDS TO WHICH THE BY-LAW APPLIES, AND A KEY MAP SHOWING
THE LOCATION OF THE LANDS TO WHICH THE BY-LAW APPLIES (OR, ALTER-

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of By-law No. Z129-85 is to change the zoning on a
parcel of land in the Township of Bayham from the Agricultural
(Al ) Zone to the Institutional (I) Zone. The subject property
is comprised of approximately 0.5 hectare (1 .25 acres) and is
located in Lot 109, NTR at the northeast corner of County Road
No. 38 and the Road Allowance between the Townships of Bayham
and Malahide as shown on the key map provided below.
The effect of this By-law will be to permit the development of
a church on the subject property.
