HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning By-law No. Z296-1993 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO. Z296-93 BEING A BY-LAW AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387 WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it necessary to amend its Zoning Bylaw No. 2387; THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham enacts as follows: 1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Section 10, Rural Commercial (RC) Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection to Section 10.10 EXCEPTIONS RC zone as follows: "10.10.8 10.10.8.1 Defined Area RC-8 as shown on Schedule "A", Map 82 to this By-law. 10.10.8.2 Permitted Uses A Bakery Retail sale of baked goods produced on premises. 10.10.8.3 Minimum Lot Area 900 square metres (9688 sq.ft.)" 2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule "A", Map 82 by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to the Special Rural Commercial (RC-8) Zone, those lands enclosed in heavy solid lines and marked (RC-8) on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 3. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 5, Agricultural (Al) Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection to Section 5.11 Exceptions - Al Zone as follows! "5.11.48 5.11.48.1 Defined Area Al-48 as shown on Schedule "A", Map 82 to this By-law. 5.11.48.2 Prohibited Uses Raising, keeping or propagation of livestock 5.11.48.3 Minimum Lot Area 18.8 hectares (46.5 acres)." 4. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule "A", Map 82 by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to the Special Agricultural (A1-48) Zone, those lands enclosed in heavy solid lines and marked (A1-48) on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. S. THIS By-law comes into force: a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1990 and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1990 and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontairo Municipal Board.
