Z332-95 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387 WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387; THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham enacts as follows: 1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 5, Agricultural (Al) Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection to subsection 5.11 Exceptions - Al Zone as follows: "5.11.57 5.11.57.1 Defined Area A1-57 as shown on Schedule "A", Map 21 to this By-law. 5.11.57.2 Permitted Uses All uses permitted in the Agricultural (Al) Zone except those which are otherwise prohibited by this By-law. 5.11.57.3 Prohibited Uses Raising, keeping or propagation of livestock. 5.11.57.4 Minimum Lot Area 5.1 hectares (12 acres)." 2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule "A", Map 21 by deleting from the Special Agricultural (A1-24) Zone and adding to the Special Agricultural (A1-57) Zone, those lands enclosed in heavy solid lines and marked A1-57 on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 3. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 5, by deleting Subsection 5.11.24.4 in its entirety and replacing it with the following: "5.11.24.4 Minimum Lot Area 1.3 hectares (3 acres)" -2- 4. THIS By-law comes into force: a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1990 and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1990 and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. MacLeod, hereby certify that the notice for By-law No. Z332-95 of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham, passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 16th day of March, 1995, was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in- Council under Section 34(18) of the Planning Act. I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on April 11, 1995, and to this date no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
