BY-LAW NO.Z362-96
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO.2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
its Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule "A"
Map No. 47 by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to the Farm Industrial
(M1)Zone, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked MI on Schedule "A" to this
By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2. THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act, 1990 and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act, 1990 and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 20TH DAY OF JUNE, 1996.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 20TH DAY OF JUNE, 1996.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 20TH DAY OF JUNE, 1996.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of this By-law is to add Temporary Zoning Regulations to the Special Highway
Commercial (HWC-2) Zone situated on the south side of Highway No. 3 in Part Lot 18,
Concession 10 in the Township of Bayham The subject lands comprise approximately 0.7
hectares (1.8 acres).
The effect of the By-law will be to permit the establishment of a church and a school for a three
year period of occupancy within an existing building on the subject lands.

I,Maureen Beatty hereby certify that the notice for By-law No. Z362-96 of the Corporation
of the Township of Bayham passed the Council of the Corporation on the 20th day of June,
1996 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made
by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day appeal period expired on July 16, 1996 and to this date, no
notice of objection has been filed by any person in the Office of the Clerk.
