HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning By-law No. Z363-1996 CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO.Z363-96 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387 WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387; THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT notwithstanding the permitted uses and yard regulations of the Special Highway Commercial (HWC-2)Zone of By-Law No. 2387, as amended, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked"HWC-2T" on Schedule"A",Map 7 attched to and forming part of this By-law, may be used for the purposes of a church and a school to be operated within existing buildings and structures, for a period of three (3)years from the effective date of this By-law. 2. THIS By-law comes into force: a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1990 and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time;or h) where notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1990 and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. READ A FIRST TIME THIS 20TH DAY OF JUNE, 1996. READ A SECOND TIME THIS 20TH DAY OF JUNE, 1996. READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 20TH DAY OF JUNE, 1996. Z363-96 EXPLANATORY NOTE The purpose of this By-law is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising approximately 1.2 hectares (3.1 acres) situated in Part Lots 16 and 17, South Gore in the Township of Bayham, from the Agricultural (Al) Zone to the Farm Industrial (M1) Zone. The effect of the By-law will be to enlarge an existing Farm Industrial (M1) Zone to correspond with the existing boundaries of the Norfolk Co-op property. KEY MAP TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM LOT Ifi AIM ~.
