BY-LAW NO. Z365-96
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham enacts as follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 8,
Estate Residential(ER)Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection to Section 8.13
EXCEPTIONS - ER Zone as follows:
"8.13.13
8.13.13.1 Defined Area
ER-13 as shown on Schedule "A", Map No. 67 to this By-law.
8.13.13.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
24.0 metres (78.0 feet).
8.13.13.3 Minimum Lot Area
0.18 hectares (0.4 acres)."
2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A",Map No. 67 by deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and adding to the Special
Estate Residential(ER-13)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid liens and marked
ER-13 on Schedule "A" to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of
this By-law.
3. THAT this By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within the
time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within the
time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon
the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of this By-law is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising approximately
0.4 hectare (I acre) situated on the west side of Highway No. 19 in Part Lot 15, Concession 3
in the Township of Bayham from the Agricultural (Al) Zone to the Special Estate Residential
(ER-13) Zone as shown on.the Key Map below.
The effect of this By-law will be to facilitate the creation of two estate residential lots in
conformity with Official Plan Amendment No. 92 of the Township of Bayham, as amended and
approved.

Section 34(2) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.13
I,Maureen Beatty hereby certify that the notice for By-law No. Z365-96 of the Corporation of
the Township of Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 1st day of August,
1996 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the
Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on 22nd day of August, 1996 and to this
date, no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
