BY-LAW NO. Z372-96
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO, 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it
necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham enacts as
follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 5, Agricultural(Al)Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection to
Section 5.11 EXCEPTIONS -Al ZONE AS FOLLOWS:
"5.11.67.1
5.11.67.1 Defined Area
AI-67 as shown on Schedule"A",Map No. 20 to this By-Iaw.
5.11.67.2 Permitted Uses
Woodworking and wood products manufacturing shop in addition
to all other uses permitted in the Al Zone.
5.11.67.3 Landscaping Requiremeilts
A Buffer Strip in accordance with subsection 4.25 of the By-law
shall be established along the east lot line extending from the front
lot line to the existing wooded area."
2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule"A",Map No. 20 by deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and
adding to the Special Agricultural(A1-67) Zone, those lands outlined in heavy
solid lines and marked Al-67 on Schedule"A"to this By-law, which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law.
3. THAT this By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk
within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant
thereto,upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the township's Clerk within
the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,
upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND'TIME THIS 5th day of December, 1996.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 5th day of December, 1996.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of this By-law is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising
approximately 20,24 hectares (50 acres) situated in Part Lots 19 and 20, Concession 8, in the
Township of Bayham, from the Agricultural (Al) Zone to a Special Agricultural (A1-67) Zone,
The effect of this By-law will be to permit the establishment of a woodworking and wood
products manufacturing shop on the subject lands in addition to all other uses permitted in the
Agricultural (Al) Zane,

I, Maureen Beatty hereby certify that the notice for By-law No. Z372-96 of the Corporation of
the Township of Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 5th day of December,
1996 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the
Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on 31st day of December, 1996 and to this
date,no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
