THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM
BY-LAW NO. Z383-97
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham enacts as follows:
1. THAT notwithstanding the permitted uses of By-law No. 2387, as amended, those lands
outlined in heavy solid lines and marked "All-Ti" on Schedule "A" Map No. 60, attached
to and forming part of this By-law, may be used for the purposes of accomodating one
mobile home as supplementary farm housing for seasonal farm labour only, for a period
of three (3) years from the effective date of this By-law.
2. THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within the
time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval
of the Ontario Municipal Board.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
Zoning By-law Z383-97
The purpose of this By-law is to add Temporary Zoning Regulations to the Agricultural (Al) Zone
situated on the east side of Bogus Road in Part Lot 14, Concession 4, in the Township of Bayham.
The subject lands comprise approximately 19.26 hectares (47.6 acres).
The effect of this By-law will be to permit the temporary establishment of a mobile home on the
subject lands to accomodate seasonal farm labour for a period of not more than three (3) years.

I, Maureen Beatty hereby certify that the notice for By-law No. Z383-97 of the Corporation of
the Township of Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 7th day of August,
1997 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the
Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on 28th day of August, 1997 and to this
date, no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
