Z391-98 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387 WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387: THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1. THAT By-law No.2387,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A", Map No. 39 by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to the Special Rural Residential (RR-27)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR-27 on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 7, Rural Residential (RR) Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection to Section 7.13, EXCEPTIONS, as follows: "7.13.27 7.13.27.1 Defined Area RR-27 as shown on Schedule"A", Map No. 39,to this By-law. 7.13.27.2 Accessory Buildings Notwithstanding subsections 4.2.2, 4.2.4, and 7.8, an existing accessory building may be situated within the required front yard for the main building in the RR-27 Zone." 3. THIS By-law comes into force: a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS --)7&DAY OF 1998. ..,/_/_,_ _407,-._ .., _ >tf-i-2,4\--K- e".degr-gco MAYO CIERK BY-LAW NUMBER Z391-98 EXPLANATORY NOTE (Gail Engelhardt) The purpose of this By-law is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising approximately 0.5 hectares (1.2 acres) situated on the east side of Woodworth Road, north of Vienna Line, in Part Lot 6, Concession 3 in the Municipality of Bayham, from the Agricultural(Al)Zone to a Special Rural Residential (RR-27) Zone. The effect of this By-law will be to facilitate the creation of a new lot with an existing dwelling for retirement purposes in accordance with the Official Plan.
