HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning By-law No. Z392-1998 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO. Z392-98 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO.2387 WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-law No. 2387; THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1. THAT By-law No.2387,as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"F", and Schedule"A" Map No. 64 by deleting from the Agricultural (A1) Zone and adding to the Special Hamlet Residential(HR-19)Zone, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked HR-19 on Schedule "A" to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 2. THAT By-law No.2387,as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"F", and Schedule"A"Map No. 64 by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to the Special Hamlet Residential(HR-20)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked HR-20 on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 3. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 6, Hamlet Residential (HR) Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection to Section 6.1 2, EXQEPTIONS, as follows: "6.12.1.9_ 6.12.19.1 Defined Area HR-19 as shown on Schedule"F", `Calton', to this By-law. 6.12.19.2 Minimum Lot Area 3800 square metres (40,900 sq. ft.) 6.12.19.3 Minimum Lot Frontage 70.5 metres (231 feet)" 4. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 6, Hamlet Residential (HR) Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection to Section 6.12, EXCEPTIONS, as follows: "6.12.20 6.12.20.1 Defined Area HR-20 as shown on Schedule "F", `Calton', to this By-law. 6.12.20.2 Minimum Lot Area 2789 square metres (30,020 sq. ft.) 6.12.20.3 Minimum Lot Frontage 45 metres (147 feet)" 5. THIS By-law comes into force: a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. P. r � r / u Y MAYOR PLIIERK -. . • ■f A BY-LAW NUMBER Z392-98 EXPLANATORY NOTE (John &Elizabeth Keszler) The purpose of this By-law is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising approximately 0.66 hectares (1.6 acre) situated on the east side of County Road No. 43 (Richmond Road), south of County Road No. 45 (Calton Line), in Part Lot 1, Concession 3 in the Municipality of Bayham, from the Agricultural(Al)Zone to a Special Hamlet Residential (HR-19)Zone and a Special Hamlet Residential(HR-20)Zone. The effect of this By-law will be to facilitate the creation of two new residential building lots in the Hamlet of Calton through the process of severance and conveyance. I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 11th day of June, 1998 and to this date,no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
