BY-LAW NUMBER Z398-98
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW
NO. 2387 (Cornelius,Aganetha,Margaret
& Helena Sawatzky)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it
necessary to amend Township of Bayhatn Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT notwithstanding the permitted uses of By-law No. 2387, as amended,
those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked"Al-T2" on Schedule"A",
Map No. 76, attached here to and forming part of this by-law, may be used for the
purposes of accommodating one mobile home as supplementary farm housing for
farm labour only, for a period of three (3)years from the effective date of this By-
law.
2. THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk
within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant
thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within
the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,
upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 17th day of December, 1998.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALY PASSED this 17th day of December, 1998.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

&Helena Sawatzky)
The purpose of this By-law is to add site-specific temporary use regulations to the Zoning
By-law of the Municipality of Bayham as it applies to lands situated in the North part of
Lot 24, Concession 2. The effect of this By-law will be to permit the establishment of a
mobile home for a period of three years to provide temporary residential accommodation
for farm labour on the subject lands.

Section 34(2) of the Planning Act,R.S.O. 1990,Chapter P.13
I, Maureen Beatty, Co-ordinator of Planning and Community Services hereby certify on behalf
of the Clerk,that the notice for By-law No. Z398-98 of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 17th day of December, 1998 was given
in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant
Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18)of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 7th day of January, 1999 and to this
date, no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
