HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning By-law No. Z401-1999 MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM CLERK'S CERTIFICATE Section 34(2) of the Planning Act,R.S.Q. 1990, Chapter P.13 I,Maureen Beatty, Co-ordinator of Planning and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for By-law No. Z401-99 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 18th day of March, 1999 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18) of the Planning Act_ 1 also certify that the 20 day appeal period expired on the 8th day of April, 1999 and to this date,no notice of objection had been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk. Z401-99 (Roger and Cheryl James) BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387 WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387; THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule "A",Map No. 50 by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to the Special Agricultural (A1-70) Zone, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Al-70 on Schedule "A"to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By- law. 2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 5, Agricultural (Al) Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection to Section 5.11. EXCEPTIONS as follows: "5.11.70 5.11.70.1 Defined Area A1-70 as shown on Schedule "A",Map No. 50, to this By-law, 5.11.70.2 Minimum Lot Area 0.71 hectares (1.8 acres) 5.11.70.3 Minimum Lot Frontage 80 metres (262.5 feet)" 3. THIS By-law comes into force: a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk, within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. READ A FIRST TIME AND SECOND TIME this 18th day of March, 1999. READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 18th day of March, 1999. _4' 'IF- zliaJ OR CLERK BY-LAW NUMBER 2401-99 EXPLANATORY NOTE The purpose of this By-law is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising approximately 0.71 hectares (1.8 acres) situated on the north side of James Line, east of Richmond Road to a Special Agricultural Al-70 Zone.
