HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning By-law No. Z404-1999 MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM CLERK'S CERTIFICATE Section 34(2) of the Planning Act,RS.O. 1990, Chapter P.13 I,Maureen Beatty, Co-ordinator of Planning and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for By-law No. Z404-99 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 18th day of March, 1999 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18) of the Planning Act. I also certify that the 20 day appeal period expired on the 15th day of April, 1999 and to this date, no notice of objection had been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk. By-law No. Z404-99 is in full force and effect. THAT notwithstanding the permitted uses of By-law No. 2387, as amended, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A1-71-T3 on Schedule "A", Map No. 36, attached to and forming part of this By-law, may be used for the purposes of accommodating an existing sandblasting business within existing buildings and structures for a period of three (3)years from the effective date of this By-law. 2. THIS By-law comes into force: a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk, within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. The effect of this By-law will be to recognize an existing sandblasting operation on the subject lands for a temporary period of three years.
