HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning By-law No. Z405-1999 MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM CLERK'S CERTIFICATE Section 34(2) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.13 I, Maureen Beatty, Co-ordinator of Planning and Community Services hereby certify on behalf of the Clerk, that the notice for By-law No. Z40599 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 6th day of May, 1999 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor- in-Council under Section 34(1 8) of the Planning Act, I also certify that the 20 day appeal period expired on the 28th day of May, 1999 and to this date, no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk. Co-ordinator of Planning & Community Services File: D1.4 Gascho Cert405 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO.Z405-99 (Joseph & Rosemary Gascho) BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO.2387 WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387; THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1. THAT notwithstanding the permitted uses of By-law No. 2387, as amended, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A1-T5 on Schedule"A", Map No. 5, attached to and forming part of this By-law, may be used for the purposes of a carpentry business and to permit a mobile home to be used for the accommodation of additional farm labour. Both uses shall be permitted for a temporary period of three (3)years from the effective date of this By-law. 2. THIS By-law comes into force: a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk, within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 6th day of May, 1999. t MAY R / CLERK BY-LAW NUMBER Z405-99 EXPLANATORY NOTE The purpose of this By-law is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising approximately 41.5 hectares (102.5 acres) situated on the north side of Best Line, immediately west of Somers Road, in Part Lot 10, Concession 10, in the Municipality of Bayham from the Agricultural (Al) Zone to a Temporary Special Agricultural (Al-T5) Zone. The effect of this By-law will be to permit a carpentry business on the subject lands for a temporary period of three years; and to permit the establishment of a mobile home on the subject lands to accommodate additional farm labour for a temporary period of three years.
