I also certify that the 20 day appeal period expired on the 28 ' day of May, 1999 and to this date, no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk. Z406-99 (Wilhelm & Katharina Dyck) BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387 WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387; THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1. THAT notwithstanding the permitted uses of By-law No. 2387, as amended, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Al-T4 on Schedule "A", Map No. 49, attached to and forming part of this By-law, may be used for the purposes of accommodating a mobile home to be used for the accommodation of additional farm labour for a temporary period of three (3)years from the effective date of this By-law. 2. THIS By-law comes into force: a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk, within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 6th day of May, 1999. READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 6th day of May, 1999. -; -s j . �. . . „' r� (&c ;) LERK BY-LAW NUMBER Z406-99 EXPLANATORY NOTE The purpose of this By-law is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising approximately 18.26 hectares (45 acres) situated on the north side of Jackson Line, immediately west of Coyle Road, in Part Lot 25, South Gore, in the Municipality of Bayham, from the Agricultural (Al) Zone to a Temporary Agricultural (Al-T4)Zone. The effect of this By-law will be to permit the establishment of a mobile home on the subject lands to accommodate additional farm labour for a temporary period of not more than three years.
