HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning By-law No. Z414-1999 MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM CLERICS CERTIFICATE Section 34(2) of the Planning Act,R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.13 I,Maureen Beatty, Co-ordinator of Planning and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for By-law No. Z414-99 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 7th day of October, 1999 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18) of the Planning Act. I also certify that the 20 day appeal period expired on the 28th day of October, 1999 and to this date,no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk. Z414-99 (Anthony and Magda Donck) BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387 WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387; THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1. THAT By-law No, 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A", Map No. 11 by deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and adding to the Rural Residential(RR)Zone, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached hereto and forms part of this By-law. 2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 5, Agricultural (Al)Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection to Section 5.1, EXCEPTIONS, as follows: "5.11.72 5.11.72.1 Defined Area Al-72 as shown on Schedule"A", Map No. 11 to this By-law. 5.11.72.2 Minimum Lot Area 3.8 hectares(9.45 acres)" 3. THIS By-law comes into force: a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk, within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 7th day of October, 1999. READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 7th day of October, 1999. MAY CLERK BY-LAW NUMBER Z414-99 EXPLANATORY NOTE The purpose of this amendment is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising approximately 1.1 hectares(2.75acres) situated on the south side of Talbot Line (Highway No. 3), west of Somers Road in Part Lot 9, Concession 9, in the Municipality of Bayham,from the Agricultural(Al)Zone to the Rural Residential (RR)Zone.
