HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning By-law No. Z416-2000 MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM CLERK'S CERTIFICATE Section 34(2) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.13 I,Maureen Beatty, Co-ordinator of Planning and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for By-law No. Z416-2000 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 4th day of May, 2000 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18) of the Planning Act. I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 25th day of May, 2000 and to this date, no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk. Co-ordinator of Pia ping & Deputy Clerk File: D1.4 DeLaPlante Cert4l9 THE CORPORATION OF TH1: MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO.Z416-2000 (Fraser DeLaPlante, Part Lots 17 & 18, Concession 1) BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387 WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Bayharn deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-law No. 2387; THEREFORE,the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A"by deleting from the Agricultural (Al)Zone and adding to the site specific Agricultural (A1-73)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A1-73 on Schedule"A"to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 5, Agricultural (Al)Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection to Section 5.11, EXCEPTIONS, as follows: "5.11.73 5.11.73.1 Defined Area Al-73 as shown on Schedule"A",Map No. 82 to this By-law. 5.11.73.2 Minimum Lot Area 12.02 hectares (29.7 acres)" 3. THIS By-law comes into force: a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. Z416-2000 Page 2 EXPLANATORY NOTE THE PURPOSE of the amendment is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising approximately 12.02 hectares(29.7 acres) on the north side of Lakeshore Line (County Road No. 42),just east of Csinos Road in part Lots 17 and 18, Concession 1 from the (Al)Zone to a Site Specific Agricultural (A1-73)Zone.
