HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning By-law No. Z418-2000 MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM CLERK'S CERTIFICATE Section 34(2) of the Planning Act,R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.13 I, Maureen Beatty, Co-ordinator of Planning and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for By-law No. Z418-2000 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 18th day of May, 2000 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18) of the Planning Act. I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 12th day of June, 2000 and to this date, no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk. Co-ordinator of -fanning & Deputy Clerk File: D1.4 Foris Cert478 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO.Z418-2000 (James & Brenda Foris ) BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387 WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-law No. 2387; THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1. THAT notwithstanding the permitted uses of by-law No. 2387, as amended, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Al-T6 on Schedule "A", Map No. 48, attached to and forming part of this By-law, may be used for the purposes of accommodating a mobile home to be used for the accommodation of additional seasonal farm labour for a temporary period of three(3)years from the effective date of this by-law. 2. THIS By-law comes into force: a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. Z418-2000 Page 2 EXPLANATORY NOTE THE PURPOSE of the amendment is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising approximately 45.5 hectares(112 acres)on the north side of Jackson Line, east of Toll Gate Road, in Part Lots 23 and 24, South Gore, in the Municipality of Bayham, from the Agricultural(Al)Zone to a Temporary Agricultural (A1-T6)Zone.
