I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 25th day of June, 2000 and to this date, no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk. Z419-2000 (Ross Learn) BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387 WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-law No. 2387; THEREFORE,the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A", Map No. 12 by deleting from the Agricultural (Al)Zone and adding to the Rural Residential (RR) Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR on Schedule "A"to this by-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this by-law. 2. THIS By-law comes into force: a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. Air / ..AAW IF >;g11:1).7r)L 21&!,), MAY I R CLERK THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO.Z419-2000 Page 2 EXPLANATORY NOTE THE PURPOSE of the amendment is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising approximately 0.72 hectares (1.78 acres) situated on the north side of Calton Line (County Road No. 45), west of Mitchell Road in Part Lot 10, Concession 5 in the Municipality of Bayham, from the Agricultural(Al)Zone to the Rural Residential (RR) Zone.
