BY-LAW NO. Z423-00
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO.2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1. THAT notwithstanding the permitted uses of By-law No. 2387, as amended, those lands
outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Al-Tla on Schedule"A"Map No. 60, attached to
and forming part of this By-law,may be used for the purposes of accommodating a mobile
home to be used for the accommodation of additional farm labour for a temporary period of
three(3)years from the effective date of this By-law
2. THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration
of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the approval of
the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 2nd DAY OF November, 2000.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 2nd DAY OF November,2000.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 2nd DAY OF November, 2000.
