THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
BY-LAW NO. Z426-2001
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No, 2387;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to the site specific Farm Industrial
(Ml-3)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked M1-3 on Schedule"A"to
this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law
2) THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 11
Farm Industrial (Ml) Zone Regulations by adding the following new subsection to Section
11.10—EXCEPTIONS, as follows:
"11.10.3
11.10.3.1 Defined Area
Ml-3 as shown on Schedule"A", Map No. 18 to this By-law.
11.10.3.2 Permitted Uses
Commercial Welding Shop.
One dwelling unit as an accessory use.
11.10.3.3 Prohibited Uses
The keeping or raising of livestock.
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration
of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the approval of
the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 4th DAY OF JANUARY, 2001.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 4th DAY OF JANUARY, 2001.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 4th DAY OF JANUARY, 2001.
