BY-LAW NO. Z427-2001
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. 2387,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
by adding regulations to the Agricultural(A1-25)Zone identified as those lands outlined in
heavy solid lines and marked A1-25 on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law
2) THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Section 5 —
Agricultural(Al)Zone Regulations by deleting subsection 5.11.25 in its entirety and adding
the following new subsection to Section 5.11 —EXCEPTIONS, as follows:
"5.11.25
5.11.25.1 Defined Area
A1-25 as shown on Schedule "A", Map No. 74 to this By-law.
5.11.25.2 Minimum Lot Area
6.0 hectares(15.0 acres)
5.11.25.2 Permitted Uses
Fruit Winery and associated retail operation in addition to all other uses
permitted in the Al Zone."
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration
of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the approval of
the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 15th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2001.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 15th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2001.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 15th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2001.
