MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM

BY-LAW NO. Z435-2001
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO.2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayhana,enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A",by deleting from the Agricultural(AI)Zone and adding to the site-specific Agricultural
(A1-77)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A1-77 on Schedule"A"
to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No.2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 5
—Agricultural(Al)Zone Regulations by adding the following subsection to Section 5.11
EXCEPTIONS as follows:
"5.11.77
5.11.77.1 Defined Area
A1-77 as shown on Schedule"A",Map No. 16 to this By-law.
5.11.77.2 Permitted Uses
Dog Kennel in addition to all other uses permitted in the Al Zone.
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration
of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with.the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the approval of
the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 6th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2001.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 6th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2001,
READ A TSD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 6th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2001.
