THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
BY-LAW NO.Z440-2001
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO,2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality,of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No.2387;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A", by deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and the Rural Industrial (M2)Zone and
adding to the site-specific Rural Industrial.(M2-14)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid
lines and marked M2-14 on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and
forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No.2387,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Section 12,
Rural Industrial (M2) Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection to Section 12.10,
EXCEPTIONS,as follows:
"12.1014
12.10.14.1 Defined Area
M2-14 as shown on Schedule"A",Map No. 17 to this By-law
12.10.14.2 Minimum Lot Area
1.8 hectares(4.4 acres)"
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration
of the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the approval of
the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 1' DAY OF NOVEMBER 2001.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS DAY OF NOVEMBER 2001.
READ A THUD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 1st DAY OF NOVEMBER 2001.
