BY-LAW NO.Z441-2001
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
4) THAT By-law No. 2387,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
by deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and adding to the site-specific Farm Industrial
(M1-4)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked M1-4 on Schedule"A"to
this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
5) THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Section 11,
Farm Industrial (M1) Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection to Section 11.10,
EXCEPTIONS, as follows:
"11.10.4
11.10.4.1 Defined Area
M1-4 as shown on Schedule "A", Map No. 26 to this By-law
11.10.4.2 Permitted Uses
Tobacco Receiving Station in addition to all other uses permitted in the
Farm Industrial(M1)Zone.
11.10.4.3 Prohibited Uses
Abattoir
Meat Packing Operation"
6) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration
of the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the approval of
the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 15th DAY OF NOVEMBER 2001.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 15th DAY OF NOVEMBER 2001.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 15th DAY OF NOVEMBER 2001.
