BY-LAW NO.Z458-2003
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003 and BY-LAW No.91-03
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003 and Zoning By-law No. 91-03;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipalityof Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule I,Map
No.5,by deleting from the Village Residential—1 (R1)Zone and adding to the Village Residential-
2(R2)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked R2 on Schedule"A"to this By-law,
which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. 91-03, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",by
deleting from the Residential Zone 1 (R1) Zone and adding to the site-specific Multi-Family
Residential 3 (R3)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked R3-1 on Schedule"B"
to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
3) THAT By-law No. 91-03, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 7—Multi-
Family Residential 3 (R3)Zone regulations,by adding the following new subsection:
"7.11 EXCEPTIONS
7.11.1 Defined Area
R3-1 as shown on Schedule"A"to this by-law.
7.11.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
25 metres
7.11.3 Minimum Interior Side Yard
1.5 metres"
4) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the
prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed
by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario
Municipal Board.

READ A SECOND TIME THIS 17th DAY OF JULY 2003.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 17th DAY OF JULY 2003.
