BY-LAW NO. 7463-2003
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW No. 7456-2003
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"D",
Map No. 1,by deleting from the Hamlet Residential—holding(HR-h)Zone and adding to the Hamlet
Residential(HR)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked HR on Schedule"A"to
this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THIS By-law shall come into force on the date of passing.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 18`s DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2003.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 18th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2003.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 18th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2003.
