HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning By-law No. Z465-2003 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO.Z465-2003 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003 and BY-LAW No.2387 WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003 and By-law No. 2387; THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Map No. 40, by deleting from the Agriculture (Al) Zone and adding to the Rural Residential (RR) Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR on Schedule"A"to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Map No. 40,by deleting from the Agriculture(Al)Zone and adding to the Special Agricultural (A2)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A2 on Schedule"A"to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 3) THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Map No. 40, by deleting from the Agriculture (Al) Zone and adding to the Rural Residential (RR) Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR on Schedule "B" to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 4) THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Map No. 40, by deleting from the Agriculture (Al) Zone and adding to the site-specific Agricultural (A1-78) Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A1-78 on Schedule"B"to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 5) THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 5.11 — Exceptions,by adding the following new subsection: "5.11.78 5.11.78.1 Defined Area Al-78 as shown on Schedule"A",Map 40 to this by-law. 5.11.78.2 Prohibited Buildings and Structures All residential dwellings not existing on the date of passing of this by-law." 6) THIS By-law comes into force: a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time;or b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. READ A FIRST TIME THIS 18th DAY OF DECEMBER 2003. READ A SECOND TIME THIS 18th DAY OF DECEMBER 2003. READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 18th DAY OF DECEMBER 2003.
