BY-LAW NO.Z466-2003
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003 and BY-LAW NO.2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003 and Zoning By-law No.2387;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Map No. 14 & 15, by deleting from the Agriculture (Al) Zone and adding to the site-
specific Agricultural (A1-16) Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked
A1-16 on Schedule "A" and "B" to this By-law, which schedules are attached to and
form part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Map No. 14 & 15, by deleting from the Agriculture (Al) Zone and adding to the site-
specific Agricultural (A1-17) Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked
A1-17 on Schedule "A" and "B" to this By-law, which schedules are attached to and
form part of this By-law.
3) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Map No. 14 & 15, by deleting from the Agriculture (Al)Zone and adding to the Hazard
Land (HL) Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked ILL on Schedule
"A" and "B" to this By-law, which schedules are attached to and form part of this By-
law.
4) THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Map No.
14 & 15, by deleting from the Agriculture (Al) Zone and adding to the site-specific
Agricultural(A1-79)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A1-79 on
Schedule"C" and"D"to this By-law, which schedules are attached to and form part of
this By-law.
5) THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Map No.
14 & 15, by deleting from the Agriculture (Al) Zone and adding to the site-specific
Agricultural(A1-80)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A1-80 on
Schedule"C" and"D"to this By-law, which schedules are attached to and form part of
this By-law.
6) THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Map No.
14 & 15, by deleting from the Agriculture (A1) Zone and adding to the Hazard Land
(HL)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked HL on Schedule"C"and
"D"to this By-law,which schedules are attached to and form part of this By-law.
7) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 5.11 —Exceptions,by adding the following new subsections:
"5.11.16
5.11.16.1 Defined Area
Al-16 as shown on Schedule "A", Map 14 & 15 to this
by-law.
5.11.16.2 Minimum Lot Area
93 hectares
5.11.17
5.11.17.1 Defined Area
Al-17 as shown on Schedule "A", Map 14 & 15 to this
by-law.
5.11.17.2 Minimum Lot Area
13.4 hectares"
8) THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section
5.11 —Exceptions,by adding the following new subsections:
"5.11.79
5.11.79.1 Defined Area
Al-79 as shown on Schedule "A", Map 14 & 15 to this
by-law.
5.11.79.2 Minimum Lot Area
9.3 hectares
5.11.80
5.11.80.1 Defined Area
Al-80 as shown on Schedule "A", Map 14 & 15 to this
by-law.
5.11.80.2 Minimum Lot Area
13.4 hectares"
9) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the
time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the
time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 18th DAY OF DECEMBER 2003.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 18th DAY OF DECEMBER 2003.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 18th DAY OF DECEMBER 2003.
