BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW No.Z456-2003
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"D",
Map No. 1,by deleting from the Hamlet Residential—holding(HR h)Zone and adding to the Hamlet
Residential(HR)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked HR on Schedule"A"to
this By-law,which schedule is attached toand forms part of this By-law.
2) THIS By-law shall come into force on the date of passing.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 19th DAY OF FEBRUARY 2004.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 19th DAY OF FEBRUARY 2004.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 19th DAY OF FEBRUARY 2004.
