BY-LAW NO. Z469-2004
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW No.Z456-2003
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A", Map No. 36,by deleting from the site-specific Agricultural (A1-6) Zone and adding to the
site-specific Rural Industrial (M2-6) Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked
M2-6 on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-
law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting subsection
5.11.6 in its entirety;
3) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended, by amending Section
21.10-Exceptions-Rural Industrial(M2)Zone,by adding the following new subsection:
"21.10.6
21.10.6.1 Defined Area
M2-6 as shown on Schedule"A",Map 36 to this by-law
21.10.6.2 Permitted Uses
Salvage Yard;
Recycling Depot;
One(1)existing residential dwelling
21.10.6.3 Yard Depth/Width Regulations
The required yard depths and widths shall be the existing depth and/or
width for all existing buildings and structures and in accordance with
subsection 21.6 thru 21.8 for all new buildings and structures
4) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of
the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board.

READ A SECOND TIME THIS 6TH DAY OF MAY 2004.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 6 DAY OF MAY 2004.
