I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 3rd day of January 2005 and to this date,no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk. By-law No. Z495-2004 is in full force and effect. Dated at the Municipality of Bayham this 4th day of January 2005. ,/,'::). /:------.N 7,/ /72/1h ,dr , v, • y i Planni g Coordinator/Deputy Clerk File: D14.WIZN Z495-2004 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO.Z495-2004 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended; THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipalityof Bayham enacts as follows: 1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A", Map No.56,by adding Temporary(T2)Zone regulations to the Agricultural(Al)Zone,which lands are outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A1IT2 on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 29 - Temporary(T)Zone,by modifying subsection 29.4.7 as follows: "29.4.7 A1IT2 as shown on Schedule"A",Map 56,for a period not exceeding three (3)years, ending December 2°d,2007" 3) THIS By-law comes into force: a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the prescribed tine; or b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
