I,Margaret Underhill,Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z496-2004 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 19th day of May 2005 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section
34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 14th day of June 2005 and to this
date,no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
By-law No.Z496-2004 is in full force and effect.

THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
BY-LAW NO.Z496-2004
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No. 24,by deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and adding to the Open Space—holding
(OS-8(h))Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked OS-8(h)on Schedule"A"to this
By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 25 -
Open Space(OS)Zone,by adding the following new subsection:
"25.8.8
25.8.8.1 Defined Area
OS-8(h) as shown on Schedule"A",Map No.24 to this by-law
25.8.8.2 Permitted Uses
Golf Course
25.8.8.2 Supplemental Regulations
No active recreational uses shall be permitted within 70 metres of the
northeast corner of the OS-8 Zone.
25.8.8.3 Holding Regulations
The "holding" symbol will prohibit development on the OS-8 Zone, and
shall not be removed until such time as a development agreement is entered
into and signed by both the developer and the Municipality, and the
completion of an archaeological assessment to the satisfaction of the
Ministry of Culture.
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the
prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed
by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario
Municipal Board.

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. 2456-2003
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipalityof Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
