BY-LAW NO.Z498-2005
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"C",
by deleting from the Hamlet Residential—holding(HR h)Zone and adding to the Hamlet Residential
(HR)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked HR on Schedule"A"to this By-law,
which schedule is attached toand forms part of this By-law.
2) THIS By-law shall come into force on the date of passing.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 3rd DAY OF MARCH 2005.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 3'd DAY OF MARCH 2005.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 3'd DAY OF MARCH 2005.
